Chili Garlic Stir Fry Zucchini is an amazingly delicious and easy side dish, a little spicy from the chili sauce and full of yummy garlic flavor

Ingredients
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsps chili sauce (such as Sriracha or I used Sambal Oelek)
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
  1. Slice the zucchini lengthwise and then slice into half inch slices. Cut the onion into 1/4 inch slices.

  2. Set a wok or skillet over medium high heat and add the sesame oil. Once the oil is hot add the onions and cook 3 minutes, stirring as it cooks.

  3. Add the zucchini and cook 3 more minutes, stirring as it cooks.

  4. Add the soy sauce, chili sauce, and garlic. Cook 3 to 4 more minutes, continue to stir.

  5. Serve with sesame seeds over top if desired.
