Superfood Energy Bites pack quite the nutritional punch, lots of superfoods rolled into a delicious little energy bite for the perfect healthy snack!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup whole ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsps chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.

  2. Roll/ press them into 12 balls with your hands and place on a plate or tray. Refrigerate at least two hours.

  3. Store extra energy balls in a container in the fridge for up to a week.
