Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 8 oz mushrooms of choice
  • olive oil, kosher salt, pepper
  • Optional: crushed red pepper, parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Cut the stems from the green beans. Slice mushrooms. Place green beans and mushrooms on a baking sheet.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

  3. Place the baking sheet in a 400 degree oven. Roast for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve immediately. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flake and/or parmesan cheese if desired.
