Sweet Thai Chili Salmon has a sweet and spicy glaze that pairs perfectly with the salmon, then baked in the oven for the perfect, easy dinner!

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Optional: sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions
  1. Place the salmon fillets (skin side down) on a lined baking sheet.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the Sweet Thai Chili Sauce, soy sauce, Sriracha, honey, and garlic.

  3. Remove half of the sauce and put in a separate bowl, set aside for dipping. Brush some of the other half of the sauce over the salmon fillets.

  4. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes, brush more of the sauce a few more times as it cooks. Set the broiler to high during the last few minutes.

  5. Serve with sesame seeds over top if desired and the dipping sauce.
