An easy and healthy chicken salad using avocados instead of mayo
In a large bowl combine chicken, red onions, celery, cilantro, avocados, lime juice, kosher salt and pepper. Mix together and taste for seasoning. Add more kosher salt and pepper if needed.
Lay the tortillas flat, put lettuce on top of tortillas, then place avocado chicken salad in the center of each tortilla on top of the lettuce. Roll up and serve.
