Air Fryer Goat Cheese Balsamic Turkey Burgers have the perfect flavor combo of balsamic and goat cheese and cooked to perfection in the air fryer!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 oz crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 Tbsps pesto
  • 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
  • kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 burger buns or toasted Naan bread (I used Stonefire mini Naan bread cut in half for each burger)
  • 6 oz hummus (I used red pepper hummus)
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, onion, etc.
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add the ground turkey, goat cheese, pesto, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Lightly mix and combine with your hands until evenly mixed, form 4 burger patties and place each in the air fryer basket.

    Note: It's normal for the patties to be delicate, so putting right in air fryer is highly suggested so you don't have to move them again.

  2. Set the air fryer to 370 degrees for 18 minutes.

  3. Place each burger patty on a bun or toasted Naan bread. Top each burger with hummus and any additional toppings of your choice.
