Nothing quite like a steak grilled on the Traeger, especially with these balsamic mushrooms!
Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the steak and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
If using a Traeger grill, use your favorite wood pellets and preheat to 350 degrees. Grill 7 minutes per side for medium doneness. If using a regular grill, set to medium high heat and grill 5 minutes per side.
In a skillet over medium low heat add olive oil, mushrooms, and onions, kosher salt and pepper to taste. Sautee exactly 8 minutes.
Add balsamic vinegar, sugar, garlic, and fresh thyme. Sautee on low for an additional 8-10 minutes.
