Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes are a delicious side dish, flavored with garlic and parmesan and baked to crispy perfection in the oven!
Slice the petite potatoes in half and put them in a bowl.
Add the olive oil, 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly mixed.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Evenly sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup grated parmesan on the baking sheet.
Place the potatoes cut side down on top of the parmesan in a single layer.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes.
