Bacon sprinkled with brown sugar and baked making it a great sweet and salty snack
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place a wire baking rack on top of the baking sheet. Lay bacon slices in a single layer on the wire baking rack. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each bacon slice. You can get about 8 slices on one baking rack, so you may need to do two batches.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Depending on the thickness of the bacon, it may require a few more minutes, if after 20 minutes it's still not cooked just check every few minutes.
Let the bacon cool completely before removing it from the rack. It will harden after a few minutes.
