Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsps pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsps Sriracha
  • 6 slices thick cut bacon cut in half
Instructions
  1. Mix together the pure maple syrup and Sriracha

  2. Add 2 Tbsps water to the bottom of the air fryer (this will prevent smoke from the bacon drippings) and place half of the bacon in the air fryer basket. Brush with the Sriracha maple mixture. Set the air fryer to 380 degrees for 6 minutes.

  3. Flip the bacon over with a fork, brush more of the Sriracha maple mixture. Set the air fryer to 380 for 8 more minutes. Repeat with the other half of the bacon.

Note: This recipe is for thick cut bacon, thinner cut bacon will require less cook time.

  4. Let cool before serving.
