Ingredients
Air Fryer Caribbean Jerk Shrimp
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Caribbean Jerk seasoning of choice (plus more to sprinkle over top)
  • Optional: serve over rice or cauliflower rice with diced mango, cilantro, extra lime wedges, and Caribbean Jerk Mayo
Caribbean Jerk Mayo
  • 3/4 cup mayo (or light mayo)
  • 2 Tbsps ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Caribbean Jerk seasoning
Instructions
Air Fryer Caribbean Jerk Shrimp
  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and put them in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and Caribbean Jerk seasoning. Let marinate 15 minutes.

  2. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer, sprinkle more Caribbean Jerk seasoning over top. Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 8 minutes.

  3. Serve with Caribbean Jerk mayo for dipping, or serve over rice (or cauliflower rice) with diced mango, cilantro, extra lime wedges and the Caribbean Jerk Mayo drizzled over top if desired.
