Ingredients
  • 4-5 pound Pork Loin
  • 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup favorite BBQ seasoning (or more to taste)
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Bourbon Smoked Sugar
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 cup beer or chicken broth
Instructions
  1. Slather the pork loin with mustard. Combine BBQ seasoning, brown sugar Bourbon Smoked Sugar, kosher salt, and pepper. Rub over all sides of the pork loin. Set in crock pot container, refrigerate overnight.

  2. When ready to cook, pour beer or chicken stock in the bottom of the crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours.

  3. Pull apart with tongs right in the crock pot and mix around with the liquid in the crock pot. Serve with BBQ sauce or use in pork tacos.
