Everyone can make their own and that means everyone is happy at dinner
In a skillet over medium heat, use kitchen scissors to cut bacon into bite size pieces right into the pan. Cook about 5 minutes until cooked through. Set aside on paper towel.
Line a baking sheet or cutting board with parchment paper (for easy clean up). Assemble the bacon, turkey, cheese, avocado and any other ingredients your family might want in their wrap.
Set out tortillas (and bread if desired) and call everyone to make their own wrap (or sandwich)
