Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1 pound turkey
  • 1/2 pound sliced cheese of choice
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • Optional: shredded carrots, ranch dressing, lettuce, shredded cheese
  • soft tortillas (and bread if desired)
Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, use kitchen scissors to cut bacon into bite size pieces right into the pan. Cook about 5 minutes until cooked through. Set aside on paper towel.

  2. Line a baking sheet or cutting board with parchment paper (for easy clean up). Assemble the bacon, turkey, cheese, avocado and any other ingredients your family might want in their wrap.

  3. Set out tortillas (and bread if desired) and call everyone to make their own wrap (or sandwich)
