Buffalo Chicken Walking Tacos are a fun twist on traditional walking tacos, made with ground buffalo chicken served in Frito bags with lots of toppings
Set a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the olive oil is hot add the diced onion. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the ground chicken and garlic to the skillet. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add the buffalo sauce and stir until evenly mixed, cook 1 more minute.
Serve the walking tacos by opening the bags of Fritos, scoop some of the buffalo chicken into each bag and top with shredded lettuce. sour cream, shredded cheese, jalapenos, and/or salsa if desired. Eat with a fork right out of the bag.
