A simple dessert using Ritz crackers
Put the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stir. Microwave another 30 seconds, stir again. If needed microwave an additional 15 seconds.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Dip each Ritz cracker into the chocolate. Scrape the extra chocolate from the bottom part of the cracker so really the chocolate in just covering the top. Place on the baking sheet.
Top with the Heath bar pieces and kosher salt. Refrigerate at least one hour, serve cold.
