Zucchini noodles with cheese and garlic for the perfect low carb meal or side
Make the zucchini noodles with a veggie spiralizer.
In a skillet over medium heat add butter or oil, then zucchini noodles. Season with kosher salt and pepper.
Toss around in the skillet for about 4 minutes, add minced garlic.
After 4 more minutes add the shredded cheese. Toss around another minute. Check for seasoning, add salt or pepper if needed.
Serve with more cheese on top.
