Ingredients
  • 4 frozen waffles
  • 4 eggs
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup diced ham (or breakfast meat of choice)
  • 1 cup cheese
  • maple syrup, hot sauce
Instructions
  1. Toast waffles according to package directions. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add kosher salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat melt the butter, add the eggs, and scramble them for about 2 or three minutes until cooked through. Set aside.

  3. In the same pan over medium heat add the ham to heat through, or cook your breakfast meat of choice.

  4. Place the waffles on a baking sheet, top with scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese. Bake for 5 minutes.

  5. Top with maple syrup (and hot sauce if desired)
