Just a few simple ingredients in this easy and delicious dinner
Place the chicken in the slow cooker. In a bowl whisk together the garlic, Italian dressing, grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper. Pour over top of the chicken.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. 30 minutes before serving add the cream cheese and spinach, and stir a few times (the chicken will break into smaller pieces as you stir, the cream cheese will slowly melt into the sauce, and the spinach will cook down).
Add the cooked egg noodles and stir until evenly mixed. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
