Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 4 pieces tilapia
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • Sriracha and peanut sauce (store bought)
Instructions
  1. Beat the egg in a bowl (add Sriracha if you like), set aside.

  2. In another bowl add you panko bread crumbs and season with a little kosher salt and pepper.

  3. Set your baking rack over a baking sheet.

  4. Place each piece of fish into the egg, then into the panko and press the crumbs into the fish, set on the baking rack (or just onto the baking sheet if you don't have a rack) and repeat with the other pieces of fish.

  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crunchy on the top.

  6. Drizzle with Sriracha and peanut sauce.
