Crock Pot Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta
My son, now that he’s 14, is in charge of dinner one night a week… and he made a fabulous slow cooker recipe for us, Crock Pot Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta!
I am almost certain he saw a TikTok that inspired him, as he tried to explain what he wanted to make we created this super easy recipe together
He made this dish from start to finish and it was soooooo good he might be making dinner every night 😉

How to make Crock Pot Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta
First put 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts into your Crock Pot slow cooker.
Then add a 24-ounce jar of marinara sauce and a 15-ounce jar of alfredo sauce.

And mince a good amount of fresh garlic and add that in.
Season with kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning blend, and crushed red pepper flakes for a little spice.
Mix it together and set the slow cooker to low for 6 to 8 hours.

Then boil a pound of any pasta that you like in salted water according to the package directions.
I had both penne and bowtie pasta… and this is what my son picked.

While the pasta is boiling, use two forks to shred the chicken right in the Crock Pot.

And add the drained, cooked pasta along with a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Stir until combined.
Taste for seasoning at this point and add more kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, or crushed red pepper if needed.

More cheese goes over top and parsley for garnish, close the lid until the cheese is melted and dinner is served!
Crock Pot Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta was seriously SO good and we even have leftovers for another dinner as well 🙂
