Cottage Cheese Crab Rangoon Dip
Today we are adding a little extra protein and cutting a few calories to make Cottage Cheese Crab Rangoon Dip!
Personally, I like the taste of cottage cheese more than the traditional cream cheese, so this appetizer or game day snack recipe is a win-win!

How to make Cottage Cheese Crab Rangoon Dip
Start with a 16-ounce container of cottage cheese and put it in your blender or food processor.

Then add some Old Bay seasoning.
And blend this until smooth, which does take about a minute.

Next chop 8 ounces of imitation crab meat and some fresh chives or green onions.

Add the blended cottage cheese, crab, most of the chives, some lemon juice, and sweet Thai chili sauce to a bowl.

And some shredded mozzarella cheese as well.

Stir until combined and taste for seasoning.
Add more Old Bay and/or lemon juice if needed.

Pour the dip into an 8×8 or 9×9 casserole dish and drizzle a little more of the sweet Thai chili sauce over top.
Sprinkle even more cheese and hit it with a little more Old Bay.

Bake Cottage Cheese Crab Rangoon Dip in a 400-degree oven for 30 minutes 🙂
Garnish with more chives and serve with crackers or chips!
