Herb Buttermilk Cottage Cheese Dressing
Herb Buttermilk Cottage Cheese Dressing is a healthy homemade salad dressing recipe with extra protein and full of flavor!
I have been on quite the kick lately of subbing blending cottage cheese for mayo and it has been life changing.
Ok, that may be overdramatic… 😉
How to make Herb Buttermilk Cottage Cheese Dressing

You can easily make your own buttermilk for this recipe or use store bought.
For the homemade, simply add half cup of milk to a bowl with 2 teaspoons of white vinegar.
Stir, let it sit for 5 minutes, and you have buttermilk 🙂

Then add a cup of cottage cheese to a food processor or blender.
Add the buttermilk and some dry ranch seasoning.

A little kosher salt, pepper, and some fresh herbs of choice.
I picked some chives, parsley, and basil from my garden.

Blend it for a minute or so.

Pour into a container or jar and use on any salad or serve as a veggie dip.
I made some salads with chicken and bacon on my Blackstone E-series Indoor Griddle.

Herb Buttermilk Cottage Cheese Dressing can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days 🙂
